Most Manhattan venues rent out individual rooms - OFFSITE hands you three private floors for your event. The whole space operates as one connected venue for your day. No separate groups rent out the other rooms during your booking, so your attendees can feel free to meet and ideate wherever and however feels best.

OFFSITE's full-buyout model puts all three floors under one contract, one point of contact, and one on-site Event Host. There's no shared lobby with a stranger's cocktail hour next door and no second booking waiting on your floor the moment you wrap. It also means OFFSITE works as a true Midtown Manhattan meeting space for structured corporate days and a private event space for evening celebrations, sometimes in the same 24 hours.

Floor-by-Floor Breakdown

Each of OFFSITE's three floors has its own layout, size, and features.

Main Floor: The Main Floor is OFFSITE's largest and most flexible level, seating 10 to 100 or more guests depending on setup. It comes with modern furnishings and top-tier AV throughout.

Mezzanine: The Mezzanine is a semi-private loft built around a 30-person Halcon conference table, with whiteboard walls lining every side.

Underground: The Underground is a bright, energetic space with its own dedicated AV, including an 80-inch Sharp LED screen.

Together, the three floors work as extensions of one event rather than three separate venues stitched together for the day. A general session can open on the Main Floor, break into smaller groups in the Underground, head up to the Mezzanine for an executive meeting and then reconvene for a reception back on the Main Floor, all on one contract, with our on-site Event Host coordinating all the details behind the scenes.

5. An in-house iMac desktop and laptop

6. The Halcon Motus conference table, seating up to 30, with built-in AV integration

9. An on-site Event Host for the full day, plus fully staffed support from setup through breakdown

With OFFSITE, there are no hidden AV fees, no separate vendors to chase down. Custom lighting, sound, or signage upgrades are available as add-ons if you want to go further, but they're not required to run a full, high-end, high-tech event here.

People ask us a lot of questions about how three floors actually work together. Here's what we tell them.

Can each floor be set up differently for the same event?

Yes, and most multi-day or high-attendance events use this to their advantage. A client might host a seated dinner on the Main Floor while the Mezzanine remains set for a quieter VIP conversation, or use the Underground for a breakout activity running in parallel. Since each floor operates independently, furniture, lighting, and AV can be configured floor by floor rather than forcing one layout to serve every part of the day. Your on-site Event Host coordinates the changeovers so nothing on one level disrupts what's happening on another.

What's the real difference between booking OFFSITE and a single-floor venue for a large event?

A single-floor venue caps your event at whatever one room can physically hold, which usually means picking between space for people and space for program. OFFSITE's three floors let a large event split naturally, so registration, the main program, and a breakout session don't have to compete for the same square footage.

How do I book multiple floors for one event?

Your on-site Event Host builds the floor plan with you before the contract is signed, mapping out which floor handles registration, which holds the main program, and which serves as a breakout or overflow space. We can also usually accommodate mid-day room resets, if your agenda calls for that! There's no separate booking process per floor and no additional paperwork for using all three. The floor plan is simply built around your run of show.

Does the AV setup work the same way on every floor?

While the whole space is seamlessly connected with our in-house tech and can display the same imagery across all screens, each floor has the ability to run its own dedicated AV, so a presentation on the Main Floor doesn't compete for bandwidth or screen time with a session on the Mezzanine or Underground. Five LED screens are distributed across the building, the Mezzanine adds a Sharp Aquos Digital Smart Board, and fiber Wi-Fi and video conferencing run building-wide. Your on-site Event Host tests every connection ahead of time, so switching between floors mid-event doesn't mean switching tech setups.
