Your team is the only one in the building, across the Main Floor, the Mezzanine, and the Underground. That privacy matters for team building because people open up and participate more when they know the room is entirely theirs for the day.
Spaces that Flex with your Day
Team building events rarely stay in one format the entire time. You might start with a group presentation, break into smaller teams for an activity, and come back together for a wrap-up. The Main Floor holds 10 to over 100 people and adapts to nearly any setup. The Mezzanine offers a semi-private loft with a 30-person conference table and whiteboard walls on every side, perfect for smaller breakout groups. The Underground gives you a bright, open room for training sessions or hands-on activities.
Dedicated On-Site Support
Every event includes an on-site Event Host for the full day, along with support staff that handles everything from setup to breakdown. They keep the tech running and the agenda on schedule. Think of them as your behind-the-scenes rock stars.
Built for Hybrid Teams
Not everyone can be in the room, and that’s fine - OFFSITE is wired for it! To ensure remote meetings are as premium and interactive as possible, we’ve custom-built our video conferencing systems for each space. The Main Floor utilizes a new internal system and dual-camera setup to dynamically capture both your presenters and audience engagement. Upstairs, the Mezzanine has two synced TVs, an auto-tracking camera and Bluetooth audio, allowing remote attendees to participate naturally without missing a beat.

- Fully-Equipped A/V & Tech Connectivity: Seamlessly integrated throughout the entire space, including six LED screens, newly upgraded advanced video-conferencing capabilities, high-speed fiber Wi-Fi, zoned surround sound, wireless microphones, and all the cables and dongles you'll need.
- On-Site Event Host: Someone who genuinely knows the space and is ready to handle anything - from setting up your A/V to coordinating catering and scheduling package shipments to reserving a town car for your CEO.
- Snacks & Sustenance: Three kitchenettes stocked with coffee, sodas, juices, and snacks to keep your team fueled and focused all day long.
- A Suite of Office Supplies: Everything you need to get the job done, so you can jump right in and put pen to paper - or marker to whiteboard wall, for that matter.
- Experienced Support Staff: AKA our behind-the-scenes rock stars. These people make sure everything, from setup to breakdown, goes off without a hitch.
